-User Instructions
Please install via the following steps.
Step ① Twist off the the clear tube, and remove the ring.
Step ② Twist the clear tube in the direction of the arrow to screw it on securely.
-How to Feed Ink
① Remove the cap, and hold it pointing downward over a piece of scrap paper, etc., and gently press the base of the cartridge to feed ink into the tip.
*Please note that pressing more than necessary may cause dripping when feeding ink.
② Make test strokes to break in the tip until the ink flow reaches the desired thickness.
*If the ink flow thins during writing, please press the cartridge to feed more ink.
-Precautions
・Do not use for purposes other than writing/drawing.
・Avoid squeezing or dropping the pen, as this may cause ink to squirt out.
・Always be sure to replace the cap after use.
・Do not leave in places exposed to high heat.
・Store out of the reach of small children.
・The ink will not wash out if it gets on clothing, so handle with sufficient care.
・The tip may split or drip ink if it dries out, so restore the tip in such cases by soaking only the tip part in 60-80°C water for 1-2 minutes.
• Writing may fade somewhat with extended exposure to natural or fluorescent light.
• Writing on coated paper or other lower absorbency paper may result in slow drying of writing than can cause stains on hands or other paper placed over it.
• The ink is dye-based, using it on mounting or binding materials, etc., may result in bleeding or discoloration.
